All exhibitors are REQUIRED to complete the Certificate of Insurance Form. Exhibitors that will be displaying a dynamic device, serving food or beverage not ordered through Sodexo, cooking or use of any heat producing device, or use of flammable materials, must obtain additional insurance coverage and submit to IAAPA. Submit the form before the deadline to avoid a violation penalty.
