Trattoria Emilia & Emilietta head chef Francesco Rota is bringing tigelle to Johnny's Green Room on Sunday 3rd May. Flatbread from Emilia-Romagna, cooked to order, split open and filled with cured meats, cheese or vegetables. The full Johnny's Green Room's menu will also be available.
