Dr.  Carkhuff is an innovator within data analytics, seeking ways for government organizations to take advantage of the power of Big Data to drive decision-making. She specializes in setting up fraud detection teams that can efficiently detect and mitigate fraud through the use of data analytics, savings billions for tax payers and ensuring that government funds end up in the hands of those who need them the most. She is a recent doctoral graduate from Liberty University, authoring a ground-breaking dissertation, “The Role of Data Analytics in Detecting Unemployment Insurance Fraud: A Case Study of State Governments in the United States.”
